This must be a new change to the version of retrobat because in the previos version (3.x) I did not have such a configuration issue with RB. Now, with 2 extra threads: Blyss Sarania: SSE2: 31.2 FPS. You can test by opening PCSx2 natively in the Retrobat menu, and when you learn which plugin works, rename that one to "AVX2" as said above. Here we can see that the instruction set scaling is a bit different on the Intel CPU, but generally using more advanced instructions gets you more FPS. but the game will drop frames from 60 to like 0 or so and be frozen for like 5 or 10 seconds. i got it to change from every few seconds to every 10 or so minutes. it happens in the standalone nightly and stable versions, but not in retroarch. I can confirm that LL's suggested fix of renaming GSdx32-SSE2.dll (or E4, depending on your case) to GSdx32-AVX.dll will cause it to play correctly in RetroBat at least in my case (make sure you make backups of the original dlls) so i posted earlier about frame rate drops happening. ![]() Path: C:UsersAdamDownloadspcsx2-v1.3.1-1478-g9f2fa79-windows-x86pluginsGSdx32-AVX2.dll File is not a valid dynamic library. I had to do some digging on the French side of the forums to find out why PCSx2 suddenly didn't work. Whenever I go to the Plugins menu, PCSX2 temporarily freezes (for as long as 5 minutes at one point - I had to close PCSX2 because it never started responding again.).
